Synopsis
Worlds beginning to galactic power known as the "Timocracy" is found. Later a diplomatic connection is established and a Timocracy representative is called to the Peace Station. However, they begin to demand several systems to them, and since none of their ridiculous demands are met they leave in anger, promising to come back later. One of them, however, stays behind.
