Talk:Harbinger (novel)

The novel version has certain changes compared to the movie version. Certain bugs have been fixed, for example the first bomb scene. Craal enters the room almost instantly after the bombing and knows EVERYTHING about it. This just didn't make any sense so it was fixed for the novel version. A lot of things have been enhanced too. This includes "Duty Calls".

The disappearance of G.A.S. Patna is not currently explained. The amount of dead and wounded also seem to change, but that shouldn't be difficult to fix. Since Patna is nowhere to be found during the movie, it should depart before the Exploreison arrives.

I'm planning on rewriting most of this stuff after Harbinger is done. To write it like I would write Harbinger now. The story itself would stay pretty much the same, but rather than having some radiation or somethin' hit them they would rather be sabotaged, to lure them to the Peace Station. Also I was considering some enhancements to the story, like a sabotage to the Peace Station reactor core and such. Duty calls also needs to be rewritten, maybe include some disappearances of Craal's unit in the lower decks. More conflict between the two crews is also needed.
