Obsolete:The Revenge of Kapu
High orbit over the homeworld of Kapu.
The Planet gleamed in green light; the white colour representing the atmosphere was gleaming also. The Orbit was silent in every way, besides the few explosions in the high orbit. This planet had been a true paradise for someone, a week ago. Now, it appeared that it was a shadow of its former self. The Otbit seemed to have destroyed hulks of Star ships in it, floating with debris and parts blown off from ships, they were quite recent.
The Silence broke off; as a small Blue and White sphere suddenly opened in space, and six small stars ships moved away from the sphere, back into normal space. These Sleek, small, and Semi organic crafts were here to do a Mission.
“Damn, no one’s home” Nix Sighted and watched the awful view that once was the home world of Kapu, the great pirate leader.
The Bridge of the Three Suns-Class Cruiser was full of people; Nix was standing near the Command seat, just watching the horror. “Well, it is time for us to proceed” he nodded to the ships helmsman at the back. The Six small craft moved quickly away from the destroyed hulls and into the planet.
“Follow the Signal, hope we find it” Nix ordered another one of the Officers in the Bridge. Frequent explosions could now been seen at the Planets atmosphere, and even in the ground. The Ships penetrated the atmosphere and swooped down on the Surface. “All right, all ships arm weapons and raise shields” Nix ordered inside the Bridge, The Ships engines hummed in the background.
“All ships, Give me X-Formation!” Nix ordered and the six ships moved into an X-Shaped position, Nix smiled to himself, it seemed that the Ships were now working correctly, just as the Engineers had promised. “Watch yourselves, everyone on this planet is out to get us” Nix said with caution in his voice, “Let’s proceed”. The Group of Ships quickly begun to accelerate in the surface, the faint sounds of Battle could be heard.
The Capital of the former Kapu Federation was now in ruins. The various Poltical groups had taken law into their own hands and now battled for control of Kapu’s former Fleets and Treasures, The Real Kapu was dead. As Nix and his forces moved trough the battered landscape, they saw several smaller fights going on in the streets, people looting and killing each other just for profit.
The Fighting was intensifying in downtown, or what was left of it. Several planetary batteries were firing at each other while smaller tanks were making a run for it. The Three suns cruisers were being fired from the north Nix swooped his vessel to a dive and fired a pair of Torpedoes to the nearest enemy tank. “Alright, watch for those Tanks, fire at will”
“Sir, We’re picking up that signal from that source you mentioned, “ The lieutenant reported to Nix, “Good, follow it,” he ordered. Heavy fire was being shot at the cruisers, but they quickly moved away from it.
The Downtown area was in shambles, destroyed buildings and structures of almost every sort lay in ruins. In the middle of it all, was the GA embassy. The Embassy was a small white building covered by a medium high stone fence, the Embassy was apparently still standing. “Hope those people are still alive” Nix mentioned.
Two of the Cruisers were ordered to stay guard near the ruins of a large building, as the others begun to approach the Embassy, silent voices of battle were heard from the background. An explosion had torn off the Embassy’s wall; the large yard was full of debris and bodies.
“Sent the signal, they should be able to detect it” Nix replied to the Helmsman’s look of anxiety. A few moments passed, and it seemed that a pair of hostile battle droids were coming up from behind, “Looks like we have company” Another lieutenant stated, “Three Sun 5, intercept and destroy the enemy” Nix ordered as the other cruiser turned around and quickly moved trough the Embassy’s garden and into the main gate where the battle droids were coming from. The Sleek cruiser launched a pair of purple beams that incinerated the Droids completely; only a few pieces of debris fell to the ground. In a few seconds, a group of GA diplomatic staff personnel ran away from the shattered building, they seemed to be heading for the nearest three suns-cruiser.
Nix ordered the cruiser to levitate in the ground, the risk of using transporters was too great; there might be severely wounded people in the ground that could not survive the transporter-process. In a few moments, the fleet was up in the air. All of the former Embassy staff was now safely aboard, mission was accomplished.
“Excellent mission, wouldn’t you say?” Nix smiled while talking trough the Communicator, to the Bacterian commander on another ship. “Splendid, you sure now how to command these vessels” the Commander replied. As the Staff members were escorted to the Sickbay, they thought that it had been the GA forces rescuing them, now they were quite astonished. As the regular medical check-up had been made, and the more severely wounded were being treated, the GA ambassador was allowed to go to the bridge.
“Welcome to Three suns 1” Nix welcomed the ambassador. “I see, but why am I here?” the ambassador asked.
“Well, we’re your rescue party, the GA sent us”
“Who are you with?”
“We’re the forces of the Inter-Stellar alliance, I’m Nix balmorra”
“Wait a minute, I’ve heard about you”
Nix nodded approvingly, “Yes, the Inter-stellar alliance has been founded only a few weeks ago”. “Very well, I thank you for that daring rescue”, “The Pleasure was more to the Bacterians than me, actually” Nix replied, some of the Bacterian crewmembers smiled due to the commendation.
“Could you give us a ride home, Mr. President?”
“Yes we will, set course for Vedoni Colony”, the small fleet jumped into jump space using the newly found “Nexus drive”.

THE SEAT OF THE INTER-STELLAR ALLIANCE
The Sun was clouded at the moment, but the climate still remained warm and happy. The Capital city of Balamb had been mostly repaired from the effects of the war, but a few buildings still remained to remind people of the victims. At the middle of the huge city, was a building that had small domes and gardens around it, the main building looked like a medium sized tower. The Tower had many orbiting docks, repair bays and shuttle bays. This was to be the new seat of the Inter-Stellar alliance. Representatives from many members’ worlds had arrived today, to sign the new “Inter-Stellar Declaration”, the Constitution of the new alliance.
The main representatives, Gigerdians, Hemmoians, and Bacterians had already signed the un-official declaration, but now was the time for the real one. A group of people were standing around the “Conference room” in the main lobby, Nix arrived with some of his assistants.
“Ladies and gentlemen, we can now begin, I apologize for my absence” Nix stated, all seemed to agree.
Lydia, Nix’s wife was standing beside him, smiling as always. “We can begin” she confirmed also. Nix begun to speak at the stand.
“The Inter-Stellar alliance and its history are very short, but full of great accomplishes. The main role of the Alliance is to act as an “Inter stellar negotiation and peacekeeping organization”, which negotiates as an neutral party consisting of races that have selected to act as a “United body” in the decision making, this part is called the “Inter-Stellar Alliance council”. The Inter-Stellar Alliance was created shortly after the Second Gigerdian civil war between the three major star powers, The Hemmoian federation, The Gigerdi Alliance, and the government behind the creation, The Bacterian Empire. Several other states are members of the Inter-Stellar alliance, and have seats in the Inter-Stellar council. The Bacterian government is in the leading role of the Inter-Stellar alliance, providing the main funding and recruits to the Security forces of the “Inter-Stellar Security forces”. The other main partners are the Gigerdi alliance and the Hemmoian federation that have a small funding duty in the budget. The reason of the creation was simple, to make sure that all races that would need assistance, let that be Economical or Defensive, would acquire it trough this alliance, and to provide unified border patrol and better trade relations among the already existing races of the Milky-way galaxy. The Inter-stellar act also as a commendable re-enforcement “Group” to any member state, giving military assistance in a hostile situation or provide humanitarian aid to states in need. If a military action must be launched against an enemy, All of the Inter-Stellar alliance member states must vote unanimously for it, the “Council must stay united in Defensive matters”. If a Member-States begins to commit actions against the Inter-Stellar alliance constitution, the council may decide to dismiss the state from the Alliance and stop assisting it in troubled situations. The Council has currently 17 members, led by a president that has final deciding vote on a council decision. The President is selected from the Council every 4 years, but if required, the election can be made sooner. The Inter-Stellar Security forces accept recruits from all of the member states, even ones that might be outside of the Alliance but are still considered friendly towards the Alliance. The Military hardware of the Alliance consists of the custom designed Three Suns-class Light Cruisers, and several other ships. The Inter-stellar alliance also acts with their Member states space fleets, but mainly handles situations with their own ships that combine Hemmoian, Gigerdian and Bacterian Technology. Welcome aboard everyone”
There was a short silence, and a roar of applause echoed trough the halls. “Thank you fellow councilmen” Nix replied smiling. “That went well, even for you” Lydia reminded, “Well, the air in your world is totally different, makes my throat dry” Nix replied sarcastically, All of the representatives then came to congratulate Nix and Lydia. A pair of three suns-cruisers, flew above the headquarters, people seemed to celebrate. After the party ended, the Alliance was born; the justice was now born again. Nix and Lydia were sitting near the balcony of their home; Nix had made several speeches today, and appointed the new council.
“Wow, I really thought that it would be a lot easier than this”
“What did you expect, a magic carpet to fly you away?”
“No, Actually I was expecting for President Dalleer to show up in a barrel”, Lydia looked at Nix with comfort in her eyes. “But it went well, and that’s the most important thing to us both” Lydia replied, they hugged. Both of the kids, Brobo and Kiihdytys Blöö-blää-blöö had been in the inauguration, but had decided to stay away from the party afterwards. Tomorrow, the Alliance would hold its first council meeting. The night came slowly that night since the sky was full of the new ships of the alliance, their engines glimmering like little stars.
BACTERIUS, THE HOMEWORLD OF THE BACTERIANS
THE SEAT OF THE INTER-STELLAR ALLIANCE (THE NEXT DAY)
“I like to thank everyone of joining in, since it was a real miracle that we got this all going” Nix commented to the ring of ambassadors sitting behind their representative-desks. “Well, we had our doubts as well” the Bacterian representative replied, Nix nodded. “Well, let’s get started now, since the party has already been taken care of” Nix said enthusiastically.
“The first matter is the current state of affairs in the former Kapu Federation” the Bacterian ambassador (representative) stated. “Yes, I took a squadron of our ships into their homeworld a few days ago” Nix replied. “And what did you see?” The Hemmoian ambassador asked. “The whole planet was a complete war-zone”, nix commented. “Very well, there is no hope of retrieval then” the Bacterian ambassador replied. “Well, we could send our ships to assist the civilian population in their rebuilding efforts” the Gigerdian ambassador suggested, in a low tone of voice. “With all due respect Mr. Ambassador, I really don’t see the need” the Bacterian ambassador replied angrily. “And why not?” The Texian ambassador replied, his chirping voice sounding threatening. “In case you have not been observing the current events, the criminals that Kapu hired to keep our world under occupation by orders of the Gigerdians, gives us no need to help the greedy bastards!” the Bacterian ambassador yelled. “Perhaps we shouldn’t get involved in this, the hierarchical organization of this Kapu is very odd, therefore everyone in it thinks that they want to be the rightful heirs to the throne” the Gigerdian ambassador replied. “We saw how they reacted to our ships entering their aerospace, they were ready to blow us out of the sky, for the sakes of robbing us out of anything in value” Nix explained the current situation in his usual diplomatic style. “At this time, I see no need to send ships on suicide-missions to the Kapu territories” Nix continued on his report, the Bacterian ambassador seemed grateful for Nix’s words. “So, the relief-mission is a no-go” the Bacterian ambassador replied, nodding to Nix thankfully. “I guess that there is really no need to make a vote on this matter, then?” the Gigerdian ambassador asked. “Oh, we’ll vote alright” Nix replied.
The vote results were as grim as the ISA council’s discussion on the topic; only the Gigerdians seemed to accept a mission to the Kapu worlds, for some weird reason. “Alright, that’s that then” Nix replied and left the chairman’s bodium on the right side of the room. Nix could understand the Bacterians, they had been oppressed by the Gigerdians, then by Kapu under orders from the Gigerdians, again. But that was all history now, since the Gigerdians were still recovering from their recent civilwar, they had very little to say on these matters, but, Nix was a gigerdian.
