F'Uor

Background information regarding F'Uor.

She is an experienced and accomplished diplomat who has had a long career as an ambassador or as a diplomat. She is in her early nineties and has a family back on Folanus. She tries to keep in touch with them whenever possible. She is extremely loyal to the Folan empire and will never say anything bad about it and will always defend their actions and keep their operations in total secret, even if it means sacrifices. That is she doesn't have any trouble in sacrificing those close to her if it serves the greater good. She doesn't trust the other races or their ambassadors and will attempt to deceive and manipulate them whenever possible. She has very little respect towards other races and considers Folans the superior race. She'll often remind the other races of their mistakes or comment how they (Folans) would've done it better. She'll especially look down upon the Gigerdian secession as national unity is of high importance to her. While she doesn't really despise the other races there is one exception and that is the Bacterians. Though this only becomes the case later (see PS-episode guide). She does have less respect for the Vemrers, but this is also something that will only be reinforced later due to Verror's attitude.

She's probably one of the only characters who has very little or no development during the show and will remain a total stranger to all non-Folans, though some of her views will become apparent to the other ambassadors too. She will never reveal any personal affairs to any non-Folan. She'll probably stay aboard for all the five seasons and in that be involved in numerous shady operations, but these won't be ever traced back to her. Though there will be increasing suspicion towards her in the later seasons. Note that her deceptive nature can lead her to become much more friendlier towards others if it allows for her to accomplish her goals. If the needs of the many (Folans) demands something she can do whatever is necessary to accomplish that. She'll also heavily try to create instability in the galaxy. In a nutshell she's very arrogant, elitist and deceptive towards non-Folans. Towards Folans she's a completely different person; she's very friendly, loyal, loving and caring and has a good sense of humor. In a way you could say that she has a professional side and a personal side.
